Welcome from the Captains

"Hi and welcome to Felixstowe Salvation Army.  My name is Richard Waters and I, together with my wife, Nicky, have recently taken on the leadership of this great church.  We have 2 children, both furthering their education at University, one at Sheffield and the other hoping to go to Exeter.  We lived in Bournemouth for many years before becoming Salvation Army officers, so we are really looking forward to living by the sea again and working with the many people that call this church their spiritual home.  Perhaps you would like to join us on this journey of faith?  I know you will be made to feel very welcome, just as we have been.  We look forward to seeing you."

Our aim as a Christian church is to introduce people to Jesus and encourage them to love Him, worship Him and serve Him.

Visitors to our corps often say that ours is a warm and welcoming fellowship.  Why not come along and decide for yourself.  You don’t need to be a member or wear a uniform to attend.  Sunday services are at 10.30am (for Family Worship) and at 5.30pm (for a more reflective time of worship). If this is not possible then please browse our website and take a look at the other events, which may be of interest to you.
