Safe & Sound Training Session

Safe & Sound Training Session will take place at the Hall on Sunday 12th February.  This is for anyone in the Corps who works with children or vulnerable adults.  Our Safe and Sound policies are designed to protect everyone involved in this work so it is important we refresh our training.  Please contact Anne Hall.

Sunday School

Sunday SchoolHi! My name is Libby Winton and I’m responsible for co-ordinating the Sunday School activities at The Salvation Army.  Of course, the running of any activity relies upon many other people and so a team of volunteers ensure that the Sunday School is well looked after.  Each volunteer has a current CRB check and has attended Safe and Sound (child protection) training.

Our Primary class is for children aged between 3 and 6 (or year 1 at school).  This is led by Lisa King, along with Sue Harrold and Louise King.  The children enjoy many different activities each week including a Bible story, singing, craft and juice and biscuits!
